1. Overview
Due to the nature of our digital services, which grant immediate access to our private community, resources, and tools upon subscription activation, we generally do not offer refunds.
2. No Refund Policy
All subscription purchases are final. Once a subscription is activated and access is granted to the Casto Community Hub, we cannot provide a refund. This applies to all subscription tiers (1, 3, 6, and 12 months).
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as a billing error on our part. To request a refund review, please contact our support team at castolive24@gmail.com with a detailed explanation of your situation.
4. Non-transferable
Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
5. Service Delivery and Access
Access to the Casto Community Hub is considered delivered once a user is granted entry to the private Telegram community and associated digital resources. Service delivery occurs immediately upon access being granted.
6. No Refunds for Non-Usage or Early Cancellation
Refunds will not be issued for unused time, lack of participation, early cancellation, or dissatisfaction after access has been granted. Users are responsible for managing their subscription and usage during the active period.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after access has been granted is a violation of this Refund Policy. We encourage users to contact our support team first to resolve any billing-related issues before initiating a dispute through their payment provider.
