Our service provides access to a digital community and resources. Subscriptions are activated manually via WhatsApp after payment confirmation through a Stripe link. We do not sell physical goods. Access is granted for the duration of the purchased subscription period.
3. Use of the Community
Our community is focused on educational and legal technology discussions. You agree not to share financial advice, engage in illegal activities, or distribute malicious content. We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these guidelines without a refund.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Subscription fees are as listed on our website and are non-negotiable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content shared within the community, including tools, resources, and guides, is the intellectual property of Casto Community Hub or its members. You may use these resources for personal and educational purposes but may not redistribute them publicly without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Casto Community Hub provides an educational and networking platform. We make no financial promises or guarantees of any specific outcome from participating in the community.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify members of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the community will remain active until the end of the current paid subscription period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
9. No Guarantees
Casto Community Hub provides an educational and community-based digital service. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding earnings, financial results, business success, or any specific outcomes from using the service.
10. Compliance with Laws and Platform Policies
Users agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using the service. Any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of Stripe’s policies or applicable regulations is strictly prohibited.
11. Refund Policy Reference

12. Right to Suspend or Terminate Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the community, without refund, if a user violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in prohibited activities, or poses a risk to the community or platform.
